Official Payment & Project Protection Policy

Overview

At Digital Darwaaza, we maintain strict professionalism, transparency, and mutual accountability in all client engagements. This Official Payment & Project Protection Policy forms an integral part of every proposal, invoice, and service agreement. It applies to all services including Website Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Hosting, Domains, and related offerings.

By making the advance payment (or any partial payment), the client fully and irrevocably accepts all terms outlined below.

1. Payment Structure

• 50% Non-Refundable Advance: Payable before any work begins. This covers initial strategy, planning, team allocation, and resource commitment.
• Remaining 50% (plus any approved extras): Due immediately upon final delivery of the complete project.

2. Project Delivery & Final Payment Deadline

• Final delivery is defined as the moment when all deliverables are handed over or made live. This includes: all files, source code, logins, hosting credentials, domain control, admin panels, published website/app, advertising accounts, graphics, and any other project assets.
• The client must clear the full remaining balance within 3 calendar days (72 hours) from the date and time of final delivery.

3. Automatic Enforcement After 3 Days (No-Reminder Policy)

If the final payment is not received in full within 72 hours of final delivery, Digital Darwaaza will immediately — without prior notice, consent, or liability — exercise the following rights:

1. Suspension or complete takedown of the website/application from the server.
2. Revocation of all hosting, cPanel, FTP, database, and server access.
3. Transfer or suspension of domain name control (if registered or managed by us).
4. Deletion or disabling of all advertising accounts (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) created under the project.
5. Permanent deletion of source files, databases, graphics, and all project-related materials from our servers and backups.
6. Removal of the client as admin/owner from all social media pages, Google Business Profiles, and other platforms managed under the project.

4. Non-Refundable Payments

• The 50% advance and any other amounts already paid are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances — including after enforcement actions under Clause 3.
• No refunds will be issued even if the client pays late and later requests project restoration.

5. Restoration (Only If We Agree)

If the client wishes to restore the project after enforcement actions, Digital Darwaaza may — at its sole discretion — agree to restoration only after:

• Receipt of 100% of the original pending amount
• Payment of an additional penalty/re-activation fee of PKR 25,000–100,000 (amount depends on project size and complexity)
• A fresh 50% advance payment for the “new” restoration project

There is no obligation on Digital Darwaaza to restore the project or retain backups after the 3-day period has expired.

6. No Excuses or Extensions

The following (or similar) reasons will not be accepted under any circumstances once the 72-hour deadline has passed:

• Bank transfer delays, JazzCash/EasyPaisa issues, cheque clearing time
• Owner/travel/illness/personal approval delays
• Promises such as “will pay next week/month”

Enforcement actions begin automatically after 72 hours — no warnings or extensions will be granted.

7. Legal Validity & Jurisdiction

• All services are provided from Pakistan and governed exclusively by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
• This policy is standard industry practice among digital and freelance agencies in Pakistan and is fully enforceable in Pakistani courts.
• Digital Darwaaza reserves the right to pursue legal recovery of outstanding dues, plus damages and legal costs, if necessary.

8. Acceptance of Policy

Payment of the 50% advance (or any partial payment) constitutes full, irrevocable acceptance of this entire policy. No separate signature, written consent, or additional acknowledgment is required.
